The Community Dialogue Officer will be responsible for facilitating discussions between the parties in conflict with a view to help them reach a voluntary resolution to their dispute in a fair, timely, and cost-effective manner. The Dialogue Officer will guide and facilitate conversations with a vision to create a conducive environment for engagement. S/he needs to utilise problem solving skills and work collaboratively with the parties to help them reach mutually satisfying solutions.
